उपयोग के नियम

1. स्वीकृति

eco-network.shop का उपयोग करके आप इन Terms और संबंधित Privacy/Cookie documents को पढ़ने और स्वीकार करने की जिम्मेदारी लेते हैं। यदि आप सहमत नहीं हैं तो साइट का उपयोग बंद कर सकते हैं।

2. साइट का स्वरूप

Eco Network एक informational website है। यह clinic, pharmacy, emergency service या व्यक्तिगत medical provider नहीं है। Content general education के लिए है और individual diagnosis, prescription या treatment plan नहीं है।

3. पात्रता

यह सामग्री adults के लिए है। यदि आपके jurisdiction में कुछ health-related content की access पर विशेष नियम लागू हैं, तो उन्हें मानना आपकी जिम्मेदारी है।

4. स्वीकार्य उपयोग

आप साइट को lawful informational purposes के लिए उपयोग कर सकते हैं। Automated abuse, malicious code, unauthorized access attempts, form spam, scraping that materially disrupts service या content को misleading तरीके से impersonate करना निषिद्ध है।

5. Medical reliance

साइट की जानकारी पर निर्भर होकर prescribed medicine शुरू/बंद/बदलें नहीं और emergency care में देरी न करें। Persistent symptoms या risk factors के लिए qualified clinician से सलाह लें।

6. Content accuracy और changes

हम content को उपयोगी और सावधान रखने का प्रयास करते हैं, लेकिन medical knowledge, recommendations और law बदल सकते हैं। हम uninterrupted availability या हर page के हर समय पूर्णतः current होने की guarantee नहीं देते।

7. User submissions

Contact form सामान्य inquiries के लिए है। Unlawful, abusive, confidential third-party material, medical records, identity documents या unnecessary sensitive data न भेजें। संदेश भेजकर आप प्रतिनिधित्व करते हैं कि आपके पास भेजी गई सामग्री साझा करने का अधिकार है।

8. Affiliate relationships

Site का business model affiliate है। अभी कोई active affiliate partner/link configured नहीं है। Future affiliate links स्पष्ट disclosure के अधीन होंगे। Affiliate relationship किसी third-party product को medical endorsement नहीं बनाती।

9. कोई direct sale नहीं

Current site checkout, payment, subscription purchase या direct product sale process नहीं करती। इसलिए shipping, refund और payment terms यहाँ लागू नहीं हैं। यदि future functionality बदलती है, relevant consumer terms जोड़े जाने चाहिए।

10. Intellectual property

Site layout, original text और brand presentation लागू copyright/trademark rules के अधीन हो सकते हैं। Third-party images उनके respective licenses के अनुसार उपयोग किए जाने चाहिए। Downloader में source files के licensing pages का सम्मान करना आवश्यक है।

11. Third-party services

GA4, GTM, Cookiebot, reCAPTCHA और Google Maps current configuration में inactive हैं। Future activation पर third-party terms/privacy practices लागू हो सकती हैं।

12. Availability

Maintenance, hosting failures, security incidents या अन्य कारणों से साइट अस्थायी रूप से unavailable हो सकती है। निरंतर uptime की guarantee नहीं दी जाती।

13. Liability limitations

Applicable law की सीमा के भीतर, general informational content का उपयोग user के अपने judgment और professional advice के साथ किया जाना चाहिए। कोई guaranteed health outcome नहीं दिया जाता। कानून द्वारा exclude न की जा सकने वाली consumer rights बनी रहती हैं।

14. Indemnity

जहाँ applicable law अनुमति देता है, unlawful misuse, rights infringement या malicious interference से उत्पन्न claims के लिए user जिम्मेदार हो सकता है। यह clause statutory consumer rights को override नहीं करता।

15. Governing context

Site India/New Delhi context के लिए प्रकाशित है। Applicable Indian laws तथा mandatory consumer/data-protection rules, उनके actual commencement और scope के अनुसार relevant हो सकते हैं। हम ऐसे provisions के लागू होने का दावा नहीं करते जो अभी effective नहीं हुए हैं।

16. Termination

Abusive या security-threatening access को technical रूप से block किया जा सकता है। Site content या features को modify/discontinue भी किया जा सकता है।

17. Changes

Terms functionality और law के अनुसार update हो सकते हैं। Current version की effective date ऊपर दी गई है।
